This screenplay is based on evidence accumulated during our thorough two year investigation.  The fact that the renters, the writer, our film crew, and hired world renowned paranormal experts, experienced and validated the haunting on video, photographs (including written documentation), made it all the more frightening.  The reenactment of these terrifying events will be evident in this film.  Finally, a motion picture about a haunting with documented facts to validate their screenplay.  This is not your typical Hollywood haunted house film, unfortunately, this particular type of poltergeist activity could surface in anyone's home; in any neighborhood old or new!

After separately interviewing three previous families who lived at this location, and recorded their horrific stories on video, we vowed to remain focused on our mission.  There are many states that still need to join several other states who currently have real estate disclosure laws on the books that include stigmatized homes with "paranormal" activity present. As our story unfolds, the audience will see how living with extreme paranormal activity can destroy lives.

Those who have read this screenplay had glowing reviews for the writer, including legendary actress Shirley MacLaine and well known film & TV actor,  William Baldwin.
